    Sulbactam sodium is irreversibly competitive β- Lactamase inhibitor, produced by gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria (except Pseudomonas aeruginosa) β- All lactamases have inhibitory effects. After irreversible reaction with the enzyme, the enzyme is inactivated, and the enzyme activity can not be recovered after the inhibitor is removed.

    Function

    This product is semi synthetic β- Lactamase inhibitors have strong antibacterial activity against Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Neisseria meningitidis and Acinetobacter calcium acetate, and have poor effects on other bacteria, but they are produced by Staphylococcus aureus and most Gram-negative bacteria β- Lactamase has strong irreversible competitive inhibition.

    Application

    This product is used in combination with ampicillin to treat urinary tract infection, lung infection, bronchial infection, otorhinolaryngology infection, abdominal and pelvic infection, biliary tract infection, sepsis, skin and soft tissue infection caused by sensitive bacteria.
