Product Intro
Dinogestrin is a mixed progesterone, which has the pharmacological advantages of natural and synthetic progesterone. Dinogestrin has high progesterone activity, and its oral semi effective dose is 0.11mg/kg. Dinogestrin has ideal endocrine pharmacological properties. Because it only binds to progesterone receptor, it has no estrogen, anti estrogen and androgen activities, and its anti gonadotropin effect (inhibiting the secretion of follicle stimulating hormone and luteal hormone) is also very weak.
Function
Dinogestrin is a selective luteal hormone drug, which can stabilize endometrial tissue by specifically binding ethylene nortestosterone and progesterone derivatives.
Application
Dinogestrin is used in oral contraception. It has the characteristics of definite curative effect and less toxic and side effects
