Product Intro
Erotinib hydrochloride is the hydrochloride of molecular targeted drug erotinib. The small molecule compound erotinib is a receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor, which inhibits the phosphorylation response by competitive binding with adenosine triphosphate to the intracellular catalytic site of receptor tyrosine kinase in cells, so as to block the downward proliferation signal transduction, Inhibit the ligand dependent HER-1 / EGFR activity of tumor cells and inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells. Erotinib is also another tyrosine kinase inhibitor for the treatment of NSCLC.
FunctionErlotinib acts on HNS head and neck tumor cells and effectively inhibits EGFR autophosphorylation. HNS head and neck tumor cells are cell lines expressing high levels of EGFR. Erlotinib had no effect on the proliferation of SBC-5 cells. On the contrary, erlotinib significantly inhibited the proliferation of PC-9 cells in a dose-dependent manner. PC-9 cells contained deletion mutations in exon 19 of EGFR gene.
ApplicationIt is mainly used for treatment of locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer with second-line or three line treatment and pancreatic cancer.
