Product Intro
Felodipine is a nifedipine calcium antagonist. It is characterized by selective dilation of small arteries and dilation of coronary and peripheral vessels; At high concentration, calmodulin is inhibited, which interferes with the utilization of intracellular calcium. It can increase the blood flow of coronary sinus, reduce systemic and coronary vascular resistance, and reduce blood pressure. There was no negative inotropic effect on myocardium at the therapeutic dose. Long term application is conducive to the reversal of left ventricular hypertrophy.
Function
It is a selective calcium antagonist. It mainly inhibits the influx of extracellular calcium in arteriolar smooth muscle cells and selectively dilates arterioles. It has no effect on veins and does not cause postural hypotension; It also had no significant inhibitory effect on myocardium.
