PRODUCT INTRO
It can regulate biological response, enhance the function of macrophages and natural killer cells, B lymphocytes should be acute, induce the production of interleukin and interferon, and regulate and enhance the immune function of human body. Therefore, it can be used as an immune enhancer in the adjuvant treatment of cancer.
FUNCTIOON
Cefdizime sodium has strong synergistic bactericidal effect with phagocyte line, and increases the number of CD4 lymphocytes to make CD4 / CD8. The proportion of lymphocytes returned to normal. Low dose (0.001 ~ 0.1mg / kg) was more effective than high dose (1chemicalbook ~ 20mg / kg). When CDZM was used at l~10mg/L, the chemical induction index of the neutral cells in diabetic patients obviously recovered, from 0.1 to 2.7, while high concentration (100mL/L) could not be changed.
APPLICATION
Clinically, it is mainly used for pneumonia, bronchitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, pyelonephritis, urinary tract infection, gonococcal urethritis, cholecystitis, cholangitis, gynecological infection, sepsis and otitis media caused by Streptococcus, pneumococcus and other sensitive bacteria.
